20 school days left until I graduate.
I graduate June 12th (if it doesn't rain).
I'm basically holding in, I am so bored with school work.
I don't know how my grades look so good, I got A's in all my classes, except English I got an 88 (B+).
However that'll go to an A once I finish my paper on 'No Country For Old Men'
I want school to be over, I literally can't stand the students, they are so obnoxious and rude and immature.
UGH!
I'll get through my final days of school.
Hello, my name Lacrimosa, I'm just posting what's on my mind, my interests, my struggles, and whatever else i feel like, i hope you enjoy~

Stage Crew Thursday
Today after school is another Stage Crew meeting.
To begin, I am very grateful for everyone who attempts to help out and contribute to stage crew.
HOWEVER, there are students who come to the stage crew meetings and don't do anything, they run in the auditorium, they shout, they lounge around, and make a bigger mess that I have to clean up after them.
I do not appreciate that, I have a big job, and I want to make sure I mold these students into a great run crew for the actual play productions.
About 30 students have passed through our 1st couple of meetings, and in actuality I only need 8 more people for run crew for Agatha Rex. It does not at all require 30 people (especially those who do nothing). I do though need help with building and painting the set, one of our advisors (Mr. Clark) is designing the set and will need all the help he can get, and of course painting is a big job as well.
I already have an idea of who I want for my run crew because these are the people working the hardest and actually paying attention to my instruction and the advisors' instructions.
On Tuesday when we had a stage crew meeting, it took me almost 30 minutes to get people to sign in, and I announced it 3 times, and loud enough as well. To me it's just like, if you can't follow a simple instruction like signing your name on a piece of paper, what makes me think you can follow more complex instructions when I need them to be done.
These students may think I am a bitch and whatnot for raising my voice when needed and shit, but I'm doing my job, and I just want an efficient run crew for all Drama Productions.
So let's see how today goes....

Activity Carnival = FAIL
So, yesterday was the Activity Carnival and if I haven't explained what it is, it's basically a carnival filled with students and advisors trying to represent their club and try to get people to join and it's only really for Freshmen.
Even though I'm involved in like 6 clubs, I only wanted to help out with the Stage Crew table. We weren't as exciting as the other clubs, but it's not like we can just make a set out there, and we had no set pieces to show off, so yeah. One of the advisors (Mr. Clark), came up with an idea to make "sets" outta legos, no Freshman really even looked twice at the legos, but who really cares. I made 2 t-shirts and in fabric paint wrote STAGE CREW on the backs, and the advisor (Ms. Barton [actually Mrs. Wright]), she had one of her ELL students paint on the Comedy & Tragedy Masks for the front of the t-shirt, so it looked pretty cool. We raffled those off, so when people would sign up, we'd tell them to sign their name on a piece of paper to go in a raffle. We probably got 15 at most to sign up, which is literally devastating to me, because we had 35 sign up last year (granted they only came to the first meeting and only one was ever seen in my run crew, but still) People would come up to the table and ask what we were, but wouldn't sign up, but that's whatever.
Our first meeting is Wednesday September 24th after school, I made a poster that I'm gonna show the advisors and get it signed so I can hang it up on Monday. I'm hoping we have at least 5 people show up, plus we'll make announcements on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm just a little disappointed that no one really was that curious this year. But whatever I made a stage crew last year, I can make another one.
